Our Products

We are an artisan coffee roastery operating in Phuket since 2010. Using only fresh, premium-quality coffee beans sourced locally and from abroad, we roast weekly to ensure a constant supply of fresh coffee. 

Processing

Coffee processing refers the how the beans are processed once the coffee berry is picked. Each process effects the taste of your coffee in the same manner that the processing of grapes effects the taste of wine. As a general rule, Washed Coffees tend to have a cleaner and more pronounced ‘coffee’ finish. Naturally Processed coffee tends to have a fruitier and more floral finish. The process of Wet Hulling is unique to Indonesia and lends and earthier note to the coffee.

COLUMBIA – SINGLE ORIGIN
The Colombia Dumbo Supremo has a sweet taste note of vanilla, caramel, walnut, and chocolate.

The Espresso blend has a bright acidity with notes of milk, chocolate, orange, and cocoa.

The Ethiopia Aricha has a medium acidity with a smooth and creamy taste with notes of dried peach and berries.

The Ethiopia Yigacheffe Project Origin has a bright acidity and notes of jasmine, orange, and brown sugar.
